Assignments 11-15-11 (due 11-29-11)

1. Fill in workbook questions for Chapter 9 (in class while watching dvds)

2. Type vocabulary words (page 136) and definitions from glossary.

3. Answer Chapter 9 Money In Review section of workbook. Check your answers with the answer key. Use this as a study guide for your Chapter 8 Test.

4. Do student activity sheet, “Back Then”.

5. Do student activity sheet, “Travel Agent.” You have $1,100 in your vacation fund to plan a family vacation anywhere in the world. Your family includes two adults and two kids. Use the internet to calculate your expenses and plan your trip. Create a visual display of your vacation.

6. Continue to track your stocks and mutual funds on the student activity sheet “ Individual Fund Tracker”. This assignment will take 10 weeks. Due on December 13.

7. Do Chapter 9 case studies.

8. Take Chapter 9 Test. This is NOT an open book test.

9. Answer Before you Begin Chapter 10 (pg. 142)

10. Listen to Dave Ramsey for at least ½ hour each week. Type up a paragraph or two explaining what you learned. You will have 2 weeks of radio papers due on Nov. 29. You may listen for 1 hour at once or ½ hour for 2 weeks.
